  • level 1 - Design Consultation*

    Is there a particular room in your house that you would like to update but are finding it a bit of a challenge coming up with a design style that works or fits your style? We offer a 2hr Design Consultation session to help address any design challenges you may be encountering, help select colours, fabrics, furniture and a layout plan that you can implement.

    *(Within existing floor plan, no structural changes. Specification sheet, mood boards, floor plans and/or renderings are not included and will be an additional cost if requested).

    Cost: starting at $500.00. (based on an average room size of approx. 400 Sq. Ft., GST extra)

  • level 2 - Room Refresh*

    Our Level 2 package offers a more extensive Design service. We will put together a custom Design Package for you that includes paint colours, furniture and decor selection, floor and wall treatments, a customized floor plan & Specification sheet. This package includes a 2hr consultation with Michelle and two mood board options for the selected room.

    *(Within existing floor plan, no structural changes and no renderings).

    Cost: starting at $1750.00 (based on an average room size of approx. 400 Sq. Ft., GST extra)

  • level 3 - Multi Room Refresh*

    If you are looking to have more than just one room done, we offer a multiple room refresh of up to 3 rooms at a discounted cost. We will put create a custom Design Package for all 3 rooms that will include paint colours, furniture and decor selection, floor and wall treatments, and a customized floor plan. This package includes a 2hr consultation with Michelle and two mood board options for the selected rooms.

    *(Within existing floor plan, no structural changes and no renderings).

    Cost: starting at $4500.00 (based on an average combined total room sizes of approx. 1500 Sq. Ft., GST extra)

  • level 4 - Full service - Project management

    When just painting a wall or trying to work with your existing floor plan just won’t cut it anymore then it’s time to break out the hammers!!

    Along with our amazing Design Services, we provide full Build, remodel, and Project Management services that help to ensure that we achieve an amazing level of design and fine finish of your project.
